You are responsible for ensuring information you provide is accurate. Decisions made based on our advice remain your responsibility.
4. Payments
Fees are agreed before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
All reports and materials produced by Rank4AI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You are granted a non-exclusive licence for internal business use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank4AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service.
